I wish basic room maintenance and service quality were maintained more consistently. During this visit there were disappointing issues with both facility upkeep and staff responses, and personally I do not intend to return.

There was a noticeable difference in the level of service among front desk staff. The neatly dressed staff member guided us kindly, but another staff member's response felt somewhat rude, which was disappointing.

The shower drain did not work properly, so water and soap suds kept accumulating. The floor was filled with water until I finished showering, which was very uncomfortable.

I tried to use OTT on the in-room TV, but the remote control did not operate smoothly. The buttons were not recognized well, which made it inconvenient to use.

I like the breakfast. I had a good rest for the price.

I always use this when I have a business trip to Busan New Port. Best value-for-money hotel.

I often use this area when I go to Jinhae for work. It is cleaner and better than other places. Also, you can use breakfast for free. I recommend it.
