Rooms are assigned randomly at check-in and may differ from the photos. (Not all room photos are registered, so please request your preferred type in advance if you have one.)

Rooms are based on 2 people, and an additional 10,000 KRW will be charged per person for exceeding the occupancy (for guests aged 5 and above).

The difference between Standard Room A and B is in the bathroom size and room area.

Bathtubs are partially available in Standard Room A, so please mention it in advance when booking if you want a bathtub.

Walk-In Special operates for Standard Room B and parking is not available.

Please contact us in advance if checking in after 24:00. The counter operates until 01:00 AM.

Hair curlers and phone chargers are available for rent at the front desk.

Please use the facilities carefully as guests will be responsible for any damages.

Co-ed stays for minors are legally prohibited, and ID verification may be requested.

Minors found to be co-ed will be asked to vacate immediately. (Non-refundable)

Pets are not allowed.

If the parking lot is full, please use the free public parking lot (257 Gangneung-daero, Gangneung-si) a 3-minute walk away.

Basic parking is 1 car per room. (An additional 10,000 KRW will be charged for exceeding 1 car.)

Bringing seafood (especially skate) and king crab into the room is prohibited. (Cleaning fees will be charged.)

Please use towels only for their intended purpose (do not use them to wipe cosmetics, hair dye, shoes, or food).

Luggage Storage is available before check-in/check-out.

All rooms are non-smoking, and a cleaning fee may be charged for smoking.

Co-ed stays for multiple people of different genders (3 or more) are not allowed.

All rooms offer Netflix (log in with your own ID).

Same-day cancellation is not possible.
