Smokers must book a VIP room with an outdoor terrace to stay at the hotel (smoking is permitted on the hotel’s 9th-floor outdoor rooftop).

Check-in will not be permitted without a Resident Registration Card or if identification cannot be verified.

No refunds will be issued.

No refunds will be issued for same-day reservations canceled due to reasons attributable to the guest

(e.g., confusion regarding the date or time, change of mind, etc.).

All rooms, except for triple rooms, are based on a maximum occupancy of two guests. An additional fee of 20,000 won per person applies for exceeding the standard occupancy.

Mixed-gender occupancy is not permitted for groups of three or more.

# In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act and this hotel’s internal operating regulations,

please be advised that the hotel is not liable for damages resulting from

the loss or damage of cash or valuables

that were not specifically requested to be stored by the hotel.

Compensation may be required in the event of excessive damage to linens, wallpaper, or furniture.

The use of tape for events, as well as fire hazards such as fireworks and pyrotechnics, is prohibited;

you may be held liable for compensation in the event of damage or fire resulting from their use.
