For groups of two or more, only same-sex guests are permitted.
Additional Guests: An extra fee applies per person—10,000 KRW for day use, 20,000 KRW per person on weekdays for overnight stays, and 30,000 KRW per person on Fridays and Saturdays.

★ID Verification for All Guests Checking In [Including Travel Companions]
Upon check-in, we require ID verification from both the person who made the reservation and all traveling companions. This ID verification procedure is conducted at check-in regardless of whether the reservation was made directly through our system. If you do not have valid ID, you may be denied entry, and no refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
★ Minors are strictly prohibited from staying alone
Minors are not permitted to check in, even if booking a single-occupancy room.
(Infants, toddlers, and children are also not permitted, even when accompanied by a guardian.)
★★ If a teenager is staying with a guardian due to exams:
Stay is permitted only if the guardian’s ID, the minor’s ID, and proof of family relationship are presented.
★ Room interiors may vary. Refunds or changes based on this are not possible.
★ All rooms are based on double occupancy, and additional guests are strictly prohibited (except for suites). Refunds based on this policy are not available.
