Haeundae location is top-notch, I love it so much. I want to visit again ^^
I liked Seamer more than the pool, and the staff were friendly. However, a few gnats were flying around inside the accommodation. I was also satisfied with the breakfast.
It was a place I wanted to visit once, and I finally went~
The pool is great and the room condition is excellent.
The room was wonderful and I was very satisfied with the pool!! I plan to visit again next time ♡
Supposed 5-star service, but the attention to detail is very poor. I was very disappointed with the new wing lobby. Use the main building. When getting in and out of the car there was no service from the doorman staff at all. Cimer and the pool were unusable. It was packed with kids and parents, so we could not use it. Everyone was wearing rash guards. The view was nice but there was cigarette smell in the hallway... It felt like a waste of money. I would not recommend going.
I liked that I could use Cimer. The breakfast is also excellent.
The facilities were clean, the location is good, and I enjoyed the pool and spa. Parking is convenient because you can use it until 2 PM after check-out.
The breakfast was excellent, 5 out of 5.
We visited for a 1-night, 2-day family trip. The room was kept clean and the bed was comfortable, so we rested well. Although the weather was rainy and windy, we enjoyed using Cimer for about an hour. It was crowded because it was the weekend, but the staff were generally friendly and it was a satisfying stay.
