Jogyesa Temple, located in the heart of Seoul, is hosting its annual Lotus Festival once again. In Buddhism, the lotus symbolizes compassion and wisdom, and it is also one of Korea's representative summer flowers. As soon as you step into Jogyesa Temple, over 400 lotus water tanks unfold, creating an exotic summer atmosphere. Lotus lantern paths are set up all around the water tanks, transforming the temple into an even more romantic landscape after sunset. If you want to stroll and lose track of time in downtown Seoul, make sure to visit the Jogyesa Lotus Festival. It will remain open until the lotus flowers fade in mid-September. 📍 Jogyesa Temple 🗓️ Until Sep 2026
