What to Bring to the Concert?

Don’t forget to bring your ID, your official light stick, and extra batteries. For memorable photos, bring some fan merch like photocards or plushies. If your seat is farther from the stage, a pair of binoculars will come in handy, too. With this checklist, you’ll be all set for the concert! ✨

🎟️ Ticket Pickup

This concert does not provide mobile tickets—tickets can only be picked up at the ticket booth. Please make sure to bring your photo ID and show your ticket reservation page to receive your ticket. Ticket pickup will be available starting 5 hours before the show begins. 1️⃣ Visit the ticket booth 2️⃣ Show your photo ID 3️⃣ Open the app > Account > Reservations > Tickets

Q. What kind of ID should I bring to pick up my ticket?

For non-Korean nationals, either a Passport or an Alien Registration Card is required. Please note that copies or screenshots will not be accepted, and be sure to check that your ID has not expired before the event.

Q. Can I bring food and drinks inside?

Light snacks like chocolate and candy are allowed, so make sure to pack some. Since concerts can run for a long time, a quick sugar boost may come in handy toward the end. As for drinks, bottled water with a secure cap is permitted.

Q. Any other concert tips?

You’ll be on your feet for a long time, so comfy clothes and sneakers are a must. A toilet paper roll is super handy for keeping your banners neat and crease-free. And don’t forget a power bank—your phone battery will drop fast when you’re snapping pics and filming videos all night!

KSPO DOME

Q. How do I get to KSPO DOME?

The closest subway station to KSPO DOME is Olympic Park Station (Line 5 and 9). From Exit 4, it’s about a 7 min walk to the venue. We recommend taking the subway, as it’s more convenient and less traffic than taking buses or taxis.

Q. When can I enter the venue?

VIP ticket holders can enter 2 hours 30 minutes before the show to attend the sound check. For general seating, entry begins 1 hour before the show. Please note that entry times may vary depending on on-site conditions.

Q. Can I re-enter the venue?

Re-entry is not allowed for any seats, including VIP. Once you leave the venue after entering, you will not be permitted to re-enter.

Q. Can I see the seating chart?

On the floor level, chairs are set up on flat ground without elevation. The 1st and 2nd floors feature tiered seating with steps. ※ Please note that for VIP (Standing) tickets, the number selected at the time of booking is your Admission Number (entry sequence), not a designated seat number.

Q. Is there luggage storage?

The luggage storage will open 6 hours before the concert begins. (Cash only / 5,000 KRW). All stored items must be retrieved within 1 hour after the show ends.
