What to Bring to the Concert?
Don’t forget to bring your ID, your official light stick, and extra batteries. For memorable photos, bring some fan merch like photocards or plushies. If your seat is farther from the stage, a pair of binoculars will come in handy, too. With this checklist, you’ll be all set for the concert! ✨

This concert does not provide mobile tickets—tickets can only be picked up at the ticket booth. Please make sure to bring your photo ID and show your ticket reservation page to receive your ticket and wrist band.

Q. What are valid forms of ID?
For non-Korean nationals, either a Passport or an Alien Registration Card is required. Please note that copies or screenshots will not be accepted, and be sure to check that your ID has not expired before the event.
Q. Can I bring food and drinks inside?
Light snacks like chocolate and candy are allowed, so make sure to pack some. Since concerts can run for a long time, a quick sugar boost may come in handy toward the end. As for drinks, bottled water with a secure cap is permitted.
Q. Any concert tips?
You’ll be on your feet for a long time, so comfy clothes and sneakers are a must. A toilet paper roll is super handy for keeping your banners neat and crease-free. And don’t forget a power bank—your phone battery will drop fast when you’re snapping pics and filming videos all night!

Q. How do I get to the venue?
As parking is not available inside the venue, we recommend using public transport or shuttles. The closest subway station to Goyang Sports Complex is Daehwa Station, the terminus of Line 3. With its short distance from the station, the venue offers relatively good accessibility among concert venues in the Seoul metropolitan area.

Q. When can I enter the venue?
Entry for reserved seat ticket holders begins 3 hours before showtime. Once you exit the venue after entry, re-entry will not be allowed.
Q. Can I see the seating chart?
This performance features standing sections in the front of the floor area and reserved seating for the remaining areas. Floor section seats are installed on a flat surface without elevation differences, while other sections are arranged in a tiered seating format. ※ Detailed guidelines for the standing sections will be updated later and sent individually via SMS or email.
As this is an outdoor venue, take precautions in case of inclement weather. For the safety of all audience members, umbrellas and parasols are prohibited inside the seating area.
